Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and BieShadi.com ("BieShadi", "we", "us", or "our") governing access to and use of https://bieshadi.com and its related features, services, communications, and paid offerings (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering, creating or managing a profile, browsing profiles, sending a contact request, communicating with another user, making a payment, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

If you use the Platform on behalf of another adult Profile Subject, you confirm that you have authority and consent to do so and that both you and the Profile Subject will comply with all provisions applicable to you.

• "Account Holder" means the person who registers or controls an account, whether for themselves or as a representative of a Profile Subject.
• "Profile Subject" means the adult person whose information is displayed in a matrimonial profile and who is seeking a matrimonial introduction.
• "Representative" means an Account Holder who creates or manages a profile for an adult relative or another adult with that person's express authorisation.
• "User" means an Account Holder, Profile Subject, Representative, visitor, subscriber, or any person using the Platform.
• "User Content" means profile information, photographs, messages, descriptions, preferences, documents, reports, or other material submitted, displayed, transmitted, or made available by a User.

BieShadi provides technology that may help adults and their authorised relatives discover and communicate with potential matrimonial partners or their relatives. BieShadi is not a marriage broker, marriage arranger, matchmaker acting as an agent, guardian, marriage registrar, kazi, mediator, private investigator, identity-verification service, background-check service, legal adviser, financial adviser, medical adviser, or guarantor of any person, information, meeting, engagement, or marriage.

BieShadi does not negotiate marriage arrangements, make matrimonial decisions, determine compatibility, approve families, participate in engagement or marriage discussions, verify legal eligibility, witness agreements, receive or transfer gifts, facilitate dowry, or become a party to any relationship, marriage, promise, transaction, or dispute between Users.

No agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, fiduciary, guardian, brokerage, or representative relationship is created between BieShadi and any User merely because the User accesses or pays for the Platform.

To open or control an account, you must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and not prohibited from using the Platform by law or a prior suspension.

Every Profile Subject must have reached the minimum lawful marriage age applicable to them and must be legally eligible to seek marriage under the laws that apply to them. Reaching 18 years of age does not necessarily establish legal eligibility to marry in every circumstance or jurisdiction.

You may not use the Platform if you are seeking an unlawful marriage, creating a matrimonial profile for a minor, concealing a marriage where disclosure is legally required, or using the Platform for dating, sexual services, trafficking, exploitation, recruitment, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to genuine lawful matrimonial introductions.

A Representative may create or manage a profile only for an adult Profile Subject who has expressly authorised it. The Representative must:

The Representative is responsible for account activity and for obtaining and maintaining valid authority. BieShadi does not verify family relationships or authority and may suspend a profile where authority is disputed.

• accurately identify themselves and their relationship to the Profile Subject;
• obtain permission before providing personal data or photographs;
• allow the Profile Subject to review material information;
• not impersonate the Profile Subject or falsely claim that messages were personally written by the Profile Subject;
• promptly update the account if authority ends or consent is withdrawn; and
• comply with requests from the Profile Subject concerning correction, restriction, or deletion.

You must provide accurate registration information, keep it current, and maintain only the number of accounts permitted by the Platform. You may not transfer, sell, rent, or share an account with an unauthorised person.

You are responsible for safeguarding passwords, login links, devices, and one-time passwords and for activity conducted through your account. Notify [email protected] promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

BieShadi may offer email, mobile, or other contact confirmation. Such confirmation is limited to access to the relevant contact method and is not verification of identity, legal name, age, marital status, or background.

You are solely responsible for User Content you submit or make available. You represent and warrant that User Content:

You must promptly correct information that becomes inaccurate, including changes to marital status, availability, age, occupation, location, or authority to manage a profile. You must deactivate or delete a profile when the Profile Subject is no longer seeking introductions.

• is truthful, current, sufficiently complete, and not misleading in any material respect;
• does not impersonate another person or conceal who is operating the account;
• is provided with all permissions and consents required from the Profile Subject and any person shown or identified;
• does not infringe privacy, confidentiality, copyright, image rights, intellectual-property rights, or other legal rights;
• does not contain unlawful, abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, fraudulent, or harmful material; and
• complies with these Terms and applicable law.

BieShadi does not independently investigate, authenticate, certify, approve, or guarantee identity, age, marital status, divorce status, widow or widower status, legal capacity, religion, sect, community, education, occupation, employer, income, assets, address, family relationships, reputation, health, fertility, disability, criminal history, immigration status, photographs, documents, intentions, or any other User statement. You must verify all matters important to you through personal meetings, family discussions, original documents, reliable references, professional checks, and lawful independent inquiries.

BieShadi does not conduct police checks, criminal-record checks, sanctions checks, employment checks, education checks, financial checks, medical checks, family-background checks, social-media checks, home visits, NID checks, passport checks, biometric checks, or legal-eligibility checks.

Profile review, content moderation, profile approval, payment, subscription, recommendation, profile-completion percentage, popularity, ranking, or any badge or label does not constitute verification or endorsement unless BieShadi expressly identifies the exact limited matter checked. At present, BieShadi does not represent that profiles are identity-verified.

Before relying on information, disclosing sensitive information, meeting, becoming engaged, marrying, or making a financial or legal commitment, you are solely responsible for conducting due diligence appropriate to your circumstances. This may include:

BieShadi does not decide which checks are sufficient. The absence of a report or complaint about a User does not mean that the User is safe or trustworthy.

• meeting in safe public places and involving trusted family members;
• confirming identity and age using original documents directly with the person;
• confirming present and previous marital status and lawful eligibility to marry;
• checking education, employment, profession, address, and family references;
• obtaining lawful professional, legal, financial, medical, or background advice where important;
• assessing compatibility, values, expectations, health disclosures, and financial matters; and
• declining or ending contact whenever you feel pressured, unsafe, uncertain, or uncomfortable.

All communications, meetings, travel, introductions, family visits, engagements, marriages, and offline interactions occur at the Users' own choice and risk. BieShadi does not supervise or control offline conduct.

For safety, Users should avoid meeting alone at a private location, tell a trusted person where they are going, control their own transport, protect their phone and documents, and leave immediately if they feel unsafe. In an emergency, contact local emergency services or law enforcement rather than relying on BieShadi.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BieShadi is not responsible for fraud, misrepresentation, harassment, stalking, threats, violence, theft, financial loss, emotional distress, injury, death, criminal conduct, relationship disputes, engagement cancellation, marriage breakdown, divorce, or any other outcome arising from User interactions.

Do not send money, transfer assets, provide loans, purchase tickets, pay medical or visa expenses, disclose banking credentials, share one-time passwords, or make investments based solely on a BieShadi introduction.

Users must not request, offer, promote, facilitate, or participate in unlawful dowry, coercive financial demands, bribery, fraud, money laundering, or any illegal financial arrangement. BieShadi does not receive, hold, transfer, guarantee, or supervise money, gifts, marriage expenses, dowry, deposits, or property exchanged between Users.

Report suspected scams or unlawful financial requests to [email protected] and, where appropriate, to the relevant payment provider or law-enforcement authority.

Use contact and messaging features respectfully and only for genuine matrimonial purposes. A User's willingness to display a profile or accept a request is not consent to harassment, repeated unwanted contact, marketing, public exposure, or disclosure of their information.

You must not publish, sell, scrape, copy in bulk, distribute, or misuse another User's profile, photograph, contact details, messages, or personal data. You must not record or share private communications without lawful authority and all required consent.

BieShadi cannot control information that Users exchange outside the Platform. Use discretion before sharing phone numbers, addresses, workplaces, government documents, banking information, health records, or private photographs.

You must not, directly or indirectly:

• create a fake, duplicate, deceptive, underage, or unauthorised profile;
• impersonate another person or misstate your relationship to a Profile Subject;
• provide materially false, outdated, or misleading information;
• use stolen, altered, generated, or misleading photographs to misrepresent identity or appearance;
• harass, threaten, stalk, shame, blackmail, extort, discriminate against, or exploit another person;
• seek money, investments, loans, employment, visas, sexual services, trafficking, recruitment, political support, donations, or commercial opportunities;
• send spam, advertisements, chain messages, malware, phishing links, or unsolicited bulk communications;
• scrape, crawl, index, harvest, reverse engineer, copy, mirror, resell, or commercially exploit Platform data or features without written permission;
• attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, security measures, payment restrictions, suspensions, or account blocks;
• upload another person's personal data or photographs without permission;
• publish government identity numbers, payment credentials, passwords, or one-time passwords;
• use the Platform in violation of any law, court order, sanctions requirement, or legal duty; or
• encourage, assist, or conceal any prohibited conduct.

Users may report suspected fake profiles, impersonation, harassment, scams, underage profiles, unauthorised representative profiles, or other violations through available reporting tools or by emailing [email protected].

BieShadi may, but is not obligated to, review reports, request information, restrict content, warn Users, limit contact, suspend accounts, cancel subscriptions, remove profiles, preserve evidence, or refer matters to authorities. Any action or inaction is not a representation that we have verified facts or guaranteed future safety.

We may act based on available information and risk considerations, including before completing a review. We are not required to disclose complainants, internal processes, risk indicators, or moderation methods where disclosure could harm privacy, safety, security, legal rights, or fraud prevention.

Except where required by law or expressly stated, suspension or removal does not create an entitlement to compensation or a refund.

You retain ownership of User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant BieShadi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt for technical display, transmit, communicate, and display that User Content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and promote the Platform and provide the services you request.

This licence continues while the User Content remains on the Platform and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or enforcement. BieShadi will not claim ownership of your original User Content solely because you uploaded it.

You authorise us to use de-identified or aggregated information that does not reasonably identify you for analytics, service improvement, safety, and business planning.

The Platform, software, design, branding, logos, databases, text, graphics, interfaces, and content created by BieShadi are owned by or licensed to BieShadi and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, BieShadi grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for lawful personal matrimonial-introduction purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, create derivative works from, or exploit BieShadi intellectual property except as expressly permitted by law or written permission.

BieShadi may offer subscriptions, contact access, visibility features, or other paid services. Prices, duration, included features, renewal terms, taxes, and payment methods will be shown at or before purchase and form part of these Terms.

A paid plan increases access only to the features described. Payment does not provide identity verification, guaranteed responses, guaranteed contacts, preferred treatment by other Users, compatibility, engagement, or marriage.

Unless a specific offer or refund policy states otherwise, fees for activated, used, or consumed digital services are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights and refunds required by applicable law are not excluded.

BieShadi may change future pricing or plans by providing notice where required. Changes do not retroactively alter a completed purchase unless required by law or agreed with you.

The Platform may use or link to payment providers, messaging services, analytics tools, map services, social networks, cloud providers, or other third parties. BieShadi does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, terms, privacy practices, availability, security, or performance. Your use of a third-party service is subject to that provider's terms.

We may modify, test, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any feature, content, plan, or part of the Platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or permanent availability. Maintenance, outages, internet failures, third-party failures, legal requirements, security incidents, or events beyond our reasonable control may affect access.

You are responsible for maintaining copies of information you need. BieShadi is not a permanent archival or evidence-storage service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BieShadi disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of accuracy, authenticity, identity, title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, safety, availability, and successful outcome. BieShadi does not warrant that:

Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, financial, medical, psychological, religious, immigration, background-check, or professional advice.

• profiles or User Content are true, complete, lawful, current, or genuine;
• a User is who they claim to be or has good intentions;
• search results, recommendations, filters, rankings, or matches are suitable or compatible;
• another User will respond, meet, become engaged, or marry;
• a relationship or marriage will be safe, lawful, successful, or lasting;
• the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components; or
• content will remain available or recoverable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BieShadi and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or loss-of-opportunity damages, including lost profits, lost data, loss of reputation, emotional distress, relationship loss, engagement cancellation, marriage breakdown, or losses arising from User conduct. Without limiting the above, BieShadi is not liable for claims arising from or relating to:

Where BieShadi is found liable despite these Terms, our aggregate liability for claims arising from the Platform will, to the maximum extent permitted by law, be limited to the fees you paid to BieShadi for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights or liability arising from BieShadi's own fraud or wilful misconduct where applicable.

• false, incomplete, stolen, outdated, or misleading User Content;
• identity fraud, impersonation, scams, harassment, violence, criminal activity, or unauthorised use of personal data;
• communications, meetings, travel, family interactions, engagement, marriage, dowry demands, gifts, payments, loans, or financial arrangements between Users;
• actions taken in reliance on profiles, messages, recommendations, reports, moderation, or absence of reports;
• third-party services, payment failures, communications networks, or events outside our reasonable control; or
• suspension, deletion, loss, or unavailability of accounts or content, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Any dispute between Users, families, representatives, Profile Subjects, or third parties is between those persons. BieShadi is not a party and has no duty to mediate, investigate, decide facts, recover money, enforce promises, or ensure performance of any relationship or marriage arrangement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release BieShadi and its owners, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers from claims, demands, losses, and damages arising from disputes or interactions with another User, except to the extent directly caused by liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BieShadi and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:

This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim results solely from BieShadi's own conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

• your User Content, account activity, or use of the Platform;
• your breach of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or applicable law;
• your infringement of another person's privacy, image, confidentiality, intellectual-property, or other rights;
• a profile created or managed without valid authority or consent; or
• your communications, meetings, financial dealings, engagement, marriage, or dispute with another person.

You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time, subject to applicable retention requirements. BieShadi may restrict, suspend, or terminate access, remove content, or refuse service where we reasonably believe there is a violation, safety risk, legal requirement, payment issue, security concern, fraud indicator, unauthorised profile, or misuse of the Platform.

After termination, provisions that by their nature should continue will survive, including intellectual-property rights, disclaimers, liability limits, release, indemnity, dispute resolution, and lawful data retention.

These Terms and any non-contractual dispute relating to the Platform are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to send a written description of the dispute to [email protected] and allow at least 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve it, unless urgent relief is reasonably necessary or the law requires otherwise.

Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or jurisdiction that cannot be excluded, the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to the Platform or these Terms.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, Platform features, security, business practices, or risk. The revised Terms will be posted with an updated effective date. Where required or where a change materially affects User rights, we may provide additional notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account deletion.

• Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any plan-specific terms shown at purchase constitute the agreement between you and BieShadi concerning the Platform.
• Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue.
• No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without written permission. BieShadi may assign these Terms in connection with a restructuring, financing, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Platform, subject to applicable law.
• Force majeure. BieShadi is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, internet or utility failure, cyberattack, labour dispute, epidemic, or third-party service interruption.
• Headings. Headings are for convenience and do not limit interpretation.
• Electronic communications. You consent to receive agreements, notices, disclosures, and records electronically, subject to applicable law.
