- 4Like profiles you want to follow and request contact info on profiles you want to reach. Contact requests cost credits.
- 5Connect — once your contact request is approved, you can see the candidate’s phone number and email.

How do I create a profile?

Is BieShadi free to use?
Browsing profiles and basic search are free. Some actions, like requesting contact information, are gated and require you to be logged in. Matchmaker accounts have additional bulk features for managing multiple candidates.
How do I search for matches?
Use the search form on the home page for a quick filter, or the full Search page for combined filters including city, country, profession, height, and marital status. Results are paginated and each card links to the full profile.
How do I contact another candidate?
Open the candidate's profile and click Request Contact Info. The candidate or their owner reviews the request; once approved, contact details become visible. A representative will communicate if support is needed.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. From the Candidates page, you can delete individual candidate profiles. To delete the underlying user account, contact support; this is irreversible and removes all candidates, likes, and contact requests associated with the account.
